Niels Steeman
Health is wealth.
Niels spent more than 30 years in the Asian travel and hospitality industry. Originally from the Netherlands, he moved to Thailand in 1998 to pursue a corporate career in tourism.
The pressure of that career brought anxiety, depression and declining health. A turning point in his late forties led him to transform the way he lived, and to rebuild it deliberately rather than by accident.
He now works as a health and lifestyle coach, and writes The Deep Health Files for The Second Half Community, unveiling facts and misconceptions about nutrition, exercise, performance and mental health.
