Dr. Michael Ackland
It is never too late to start.
Dr. Ackland holds dual board certification in orthopaedic surgery and has been practising for more than 45 years. Since 1996 he has been an Attending Surgeon in Sports Medicine at New England Baptist Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health in Boston.
Over the years he has treated everyone from NHL professionals and Olympic athletes to public figures from around the world. He contributes the clinical perspective to The Second Half Community on healthy ageing.
